    Reaching our health and wellness goals as seniors often requires change, and for many people introducing change and sustaining it can be difficult. This results in see-sawing weight, on and off nutrition and diet plans, and fads that fail, all of which can leave you feeling disappointed. Wellness coaching is an evidence-based practice that helps you set achievable goals that fit into your busy life so you can succeed in your desire to be your best self at any age. As a certified Wellcoaches™ wellness coach, I work with your unique circumstances in a whole-person approach that helps you set and achieve the right goals to live your best life.

    Achieving a harmonious balance in our lives encompasses more than just physical health. I am here to guide you on this transformative journey toward optimal health in all areas of your life.

    How Coaching Works

    One-on-One Personalized Service

    Step 01

    Meet and Greet Call

    We start your program with a meet and greet Zoom call. We can use a phone if you do not have access to video calling. This call allows me to get to know you and also a chance for you to get to know me so you'll be comfortable as we progress on your journey.

    Step 02

    First Zoom Session

    Each weekly call usually lasts an hour and consists of me using a scientifically-validated inquiry process. We'll talk about where you're having success and where you need support. In this call we'll work on your vision statement for this transformation.

    Step 03

    Setting your 3 Month Goals

    While some people choose to continue coaching for long durations or return periodically for shorter ones, the minimum is a 3 month segment so we'll set achievable 3 month goals and start making a plan for you to see and feel success. Get ready to celebrate in 90 days.

    Step 04

    Weekly Goals and Check-ins

    Each week you'll work with me to discuss how the week went. We'll celebrate your victories and work on honing any habits, processes, or blocks that are holding you back. These sessions cover whole person wellness. We'll have a wrap up at 90 days and decide if you'd like to take on new goals or maintain your plan for the time being.
